Title: Residential Counselor

Location: Dunster Road

Pay Range: $20 - $23.75

Schedule: 35 hrs: Mon-Wed: 4p-11p; Sat: 9a-5p and Sun: 5p-11p

FLSA: Non Exempt

What Youll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE) fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

• TeachADLs(cooking budgeting medication management) and socialization skills.
• ImplementTreatment Plansand behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Advocate for residents needs and model healthy coping strategies.
• Maintain a safe clean home environment and complete timely documentation.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license and ability to assist with mobility (bending standing etc.).
• Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
• Compassion patience and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
• Bonus : Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g. Spanish Portuguese).
