Job Description

Our client is seeking a fulltime Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and supportive team in an ambulatory setting. This practice, based in Limerick, Pennsylvania, provides a collaborative environment with 2 experienced Physicians and cross-trained medical assistants. The practice utilizes the EPIC EMR system, ensuring seamless integration with hospital systems.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive family medicine care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a strong support team, including a supportive practice administrator and cross-trained medical assistants.
• Maintain a manageable shared call schedule (1:8) to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
• Establish and grow a patient panel quickly due to the practice's excellent reputation.
• Leverage advanced technology, including DAX Copilot, to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Adhere to the highest standards of care while working flexible hours with no weekend office shifts.

Must Haves:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• A valid Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date.
• New graduates and candidates completing training are encouraged to apply.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience or comfort working in a collaborative and patient-focused setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR or similar electronic medical records systems is preferred but not required.

Location:  Limerick, Pennsylvania.

Base Salary: $235,000
