Job Description

Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in completion of all administrative tasks assigned in functional departments throughout the organization as well as on company/client projects. Key responsibilities include interacting with our clients, our Associates, and our internal team members.

Responsibilities:

· Develop strong interpersonal relationships with external and internal customers

· Coordinate and document meetings, and follow through with deliverables

· Prepare PowerPoint presentation materials for internal and external meetings

· Monitor project status, project schedules, and budgets when necessary

· Prepare, organize, and distribute project-related items to project stakeholders

· Resolve any urgent project-related issues and be involved in company/client projects

· Report and escalate to management any administrative/project issues when necessary

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Bilingual skills (English and Spanish); fluency in English is a must!

· Two to five years of experience as an administrative assistant in a project-based or similar organization, preferably with a Civil/Structural engineering services firm

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong time management skill

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, cloud-based software, and/or project management tools

· Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
