Job Description:

• Wits Solutions is looking for Administrator and Recruiting coordinator person.
• The Administrator and Recruiting Coordinator should have not only the skills needed to accomplish the tasks, but the drive, desire and passion to work in a fast-paced environment that's focused on profitable growth.

Roles And Responsibilites:

• Provide support to hiring managers, recruiters and candidates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Process oriented and proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision focus on very detail of the recruitment process
• Assist with any activities and initiatives as needed and determined by the Management (e.g., resume review, recruiting analyses, pre-screens, assisting in sales etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with candidates and executive level hiring teams
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple efforts
• Able to be available for support after regular hours as needed.
