Seeking a special needs sitter willing to work with multiple families!

We have part-time opportunities available for a very fulfilling position on our respite team! You have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and teens who have special needs!

We are an approved respite provider for children with special needs including autism, down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. Currently seeking caregivers for weekly placements and occasional “On Call” assignments throughout San Diego County.

We offer:

• Competitive pay wage of $17.50 to $18.50 per hour plus an additional $2 per hour for each additional child
• Commute Mileage Reimbursement
• Support, training, team atmosphere, and engaged leadership
• Legal employment with direct deposit pay

We look for:

• An engaging, creative, child-focused individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and do other activities in families' homes.
• Childcare or nanny experience preferred
• Special needs experience in any capacity is an absolute plus!
• Childcare references *can come from paid or unpaid experiences.
• Part-time or Full-time schedules are available from 12pm-8pm
• Reliable and insured transportation is required to travel to various family homes.
• Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments.
