Position: Agile Scrum Coach/Master

Location: Hybrid Role in Dallas, TX-2 to 3 days a week onsite

Salary of $125K to $130K

Must be Greencard or US Citizen

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile coaching capabilities to support a supply chain technology organization undergoing a full Agile transformation. Because the team is not currently operating under Agile methodologies, this role will be pivotal in introducing, implementing, and sustaining Agile ways of working—while also executing all core Scrum Master responsibilities.

This position is ideal for a seasoned expert who can lead organizational change, coach teams and leaders, and foster a culture grounded in Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for technology teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring alignment to Agile values and practices.
• Build and mature new Agile teams from the ground up.
• Act as an Agile Coach, mentoring both teams and leadership throughout the transition to Agile delivery models.
• Establish and implement Agile frameworks, including backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear prioritization and alignment on delivery goals.
• Identify, address, and remove impediments to keep teams moving forward.
• Track, analyze, and communicate team performance metrics to drive transparency and improvement.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, openness, and accountability across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, including significant work as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
• Demonstrated success leading Agile transformations and coaching teams with little or no prior Agile exposure.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and core Agile principles.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, or comparable Agile tools.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) required; Agile coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC) strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting supply chain or retail technology teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
