Position: Agile Scrum Coach/Master
Location:Â Hybrid Role in Dallas, TX-2 to 3 days a week onsite
Salary of $125K to $130K
Must be Greencard or US Citizen
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile coaching capabilities to support a supply chain technology organization undergoing a full Agile transformation. Because the team is not currently operating under Agile methodologies, this role will be pivotal in introducing, implementing, and sustaining Agile ways of workingâwhile also executing all core Scrum Master responsibilities.
This position is ideal for a seasoned expert who can lead organizational change, coach teams and leaders, and foster a culture grounded in Agile principles.
