Job Description Android Developer (Ex-Walmart Experience Required)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite 3 days per week, Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months
We are hiring an Android Developer with prior Walmart project experience to build, optimize, and maintain enterprise and customer-facing mobile apps.
Responsibilities
Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
Collaborate with Walmart product and backend teams to integrate APIs and backend systems.
Enhance app performance, security, and user experience.
Contribute to Agile development cycles and code reviews.
Manage app releases to Google Play Store and internal enterprise distribution.
Required Skills
Mandatory: Prior Walmart experience.
5+ years of Android development (Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack components).
RESTful API and GraphQL integration.
Experience with Gradle, Firebase, push notifications.
CI/CD tools for Android (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
Cloud (GCP/Azure) integration a plus.
