Job Description



AECOM Boston Buildings + Places is seeking an Architecture Intern. We are an engaged, energetic, collaborative, award-winning studio with projects in aviation, transit, federal/state/local governments, science/technology, and higher education.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.
  • Performs entry level work, including occasional field work.
  • Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
  • Meets required schedules while producing quality work.

AECOM Boston architectural practice includes aviation, transit, research/science, higher education and federal/state/local government projects. It is a dynamic, fast-paced design environment, client-focused and collaborative. Recent projects are multiple-award winners. We regularly work with other practices on the East Coast and are home to the region's urban design leaders. 

Qualifications



Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture
  • Must have completed 2 years of study

:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work on multiple, fast-paced projects and documents
  • Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Portfolio submission required to demonstrate skill set

  •  Relocation is not available for this position.
