Manufacturing Technician / Assembly

SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a manufacturing company located in Lynnwood, WA. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in an electronic assembly role or manufacturing setting.

LOCATION: Lynnwood, WA

Pay: $20 - $21

SCHEDULE:

Monday – Thursday 7am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

· Build, assemble, and test small electrical devices and components according to specifications.

· Calibrate newly produced equipment to verify proper performance.

· Keep detailed and accurate logs, records, and database entries for all production activities.

· Prepare and process parts using wire strippers, crimpers, and other precision hand tools.

· Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to support production goals.

· Operate and care for production machinery in alignment with established procedures.

· Read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, and written instructions to maintain quality standards.

· Identify and troubleshoot equipment or product issues in coordination with the Production Supervisor.

· Contribute to LEAN projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

· Immediately report any safety hazards or concerns to the Production Supervisor.

· Inspect components and finished products at multiple stages to confirm they meet quality requirements.

· Conduct routine upkeep and basic maintenance on tools and production equipment.

· Assist with moving and staging parts or finished goods throughout the warehouse when needed.

· Perform additional duties as requested by the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding English.

· Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and environments.

· Experience in electronic assembly preferred.

· Familiarity with precision tools (e.g., wire strippers, crimpers).

· Strong hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
