The Opportunity

Sephora is looking for an Assistant Manager to support Sephora’s brand-dedicated influencer campaigns and strategic social-led content initiatives. This role will be responsible for the orchestration of Sephora’s sponsored influencer campaigns and program initiatives to bring Sephora’s key marketing and brand priorities in a meaningful and engaging way on and off Sephora’s channels. This role will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager and work cross-functionally across external vendors and Sephora’s Social, Brand Marketing, Creative and Campaign teams. Responsibilities include:

Campaign Management

○ Ongoing communication with Brand Marketing team and agency partners to facilitate monthly campaign prioritization, handoff, and execution to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution of Sephora’s brand dedicated influencer campaign track. including day-to-day communication across

○ This role will be responsible for managing internal prioritization, brand brief submissions, invoice tracking, and reporting review and handoff.

○ Support the Influencer Marketing Manager with the development and implementations of campaign processes, trackers, and supporting materials to improve workflow efficiency-including priority trackers, calendars, budgets, briefing documents, etc.

○ Work closely with Sephora social team to identify opportunities to integrate influencer created content on Sephora’s channels

○ Build and maintain relationships with Brand Marketing stakeholders and agency partners and keep track of team changes

Influencer Program Engagement & Innovation

○ In partnership with the Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for managing Sephora branded campaigns, Strategic Iniatives and Alumni program iniatives, from start to finish including briefing, managing timelines, day-to-day communication, content reviews, and reporting

○ Attend meetings with cross-functional marketing partners to align on influencer strategy, assortment, and content expectations prior to agency kickoff.

○ Facilitate campaign comp requests, tracking, and shipments to influencers

○ Collaborate with the Social Team to align on Sephora organic messaging for each campaign and identify unique influencer created asset needs for Sephora’s channel

○ Identify social trends and participate in social and influencer brainstorms

We're Excited About You If You Have

○ 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience. Beauty experience is a plus!

○ Experience managing sponsored influencer campaigns from start to finish is essential

○ Agency Brief And Feedback Experience Highly Preferred

○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create strong relationships with cross-functional partners, influencers, creators, and external agency and brand partners

○ A strong eye for detail, extremely organized, fast on your feet, and able to solve problems on the fly

○ Confident phone and email communications skills

○ Mastery of Microsoft Office. Smartsheets, Google Docs, WorkFront experience are a plus

○ Strong computer literacy with proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and database management systems

○ Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to work with high-level talent, build relationships and partnerships, and work effectively on a team.

○ Curiosity and desire to learn about the ever-changing world of social marketing

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
