We are currently seeking a civil litigation attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Draft and file pleadings and discovery documents
- Attend court appearances, both in-person and remotely
- Conduct depositions
- Maintain effective communication with clients to keep them updated on their cases
- Manage cases from inception to resolution

**Qualifications:**

- Some experience as a litigation attorney
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Trustworthy and collegial demeanor
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Office 365
- Valid California State Bar License (current with MCLE hours)
- Reliable transportation for attending court hearings

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Compensation:** $100,000 - $130,000 per year

**Experience Requirements:**

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

**Relocation:**

- Preferred: Relocate to Santa Ana, CA 92707 before starting work
