Job Description

Description We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team based in Los Gatos, California. The successful candidate will be involved in the area of Real Estate Litigation. This role is pivotal in the resolution of customer inquiries and the maintenance of accurate customer records, as well as processing customer applications. Responsibilities: - Handle civil litigation cases and manage related documentation - Utilize legal software such as 3M, LexisNexis, and Case Management Software for efficient case handling - Administer claims and manage complaints with a high level of professionalism - Draft and prepare legal briefings to support litigation processes - Practice real estate law within the context of homeowners associations - Adapt to a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work onsite as needed - Meet annual billable hours targets to ensure the firm's productivity - Continually update and maintain the management system for optimal organizational efficiency.
