Job Description

Trueline is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Denver. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer to gain hands-on litigation experience and potentially grow into a management position.

What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney:
- Handle various aspects of civil litigation cases
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in negotiations and mediations
- Develop case strategies
- Attend trials and depositions

Must-Haves as the Associate Attorney:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Colorado bar license (or ability to easily obtain one)
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability and openness to feedback
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice-To-Haves as the Associate Attorney:
- 4-5 years of trial experience
- Interest in firm management and leadership
- Experience with Colorado legislation and appellate courts
