KPMG is currently seeking an Associate,Compliance to join our Enterprise Contracting Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Applyan introductory understanding of compliance to assist with various contractingcompliance tasks, including performing control validations and testing. Conductreviews of internal controls and contractual obligations, identify gaps, andcollaborate with compliance team leads to formulate effective risk mitigationstrategies. Ensure contract compliance and adherence to regulatory requirementsin accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Utilize Excel for data documentation, analysis,and reporting, including the development and maintenance of compliancedashboards
  • Facilitate and coordinate communication withinternal and external parties, ensuring effective interaction with stakeholdersat all levels
  • Utilize new software tools and artificialintelligence (AI) technologies to enhance efficiency in day-to-day tasks. Createand manage compliance training curricula using desktop publishing tools.
  • Manage small projects, ensuring tasks areassigned, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively. Trackproject milestones, facilitate communication and maintain projectdocumentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum oneyear experience with basic knowledge with compliance concepts andrequirements, data analysis and management maintenance, government andcommercial contracts and contracting process, control validation and testing,and monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalentwork experience
  • Organizationalskills with keen attention to detail and documentation; ability to multi-taskand seek assistance from supervisors while prioritizing work to meet deadlines.Clear and concise communication, project management experience. Intermediate toadvanced Excel skills required; knowledge of desktop publishing tools highlydesired.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problemsolving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support anenvironment driven by customer service and teamwork. Ability to buildproductive relationships with peers.
