A well-established law firm is actively seeking an attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice in the Orange County, CA office. This role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced trial team in Real Estate and Personal Injury Defense while handling complex professional liability cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers.
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on risk management and legal strategy.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation practice.

Qualifications :

• 2–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in professional liability defense.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in handling insurance defense and professional malpractice claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.
