Job Summary Beach Cities Toyota Westminster is looking for a talented and experienced automotive finance associate to join their team. The candidate must have extensive knowledge in the auto sales industry and be able to effectively build relationships with customers to assist with the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle. This is a full-time, commission-only sales role with potential for great earnings. Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this position will cover a wide range, from $150,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. The compensation will be paid semimonthly. The candidate will also be working with experienced professionals and have access to great incentives and rewards. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the ideal vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Create and present finance options and packages to customers.
• Monitor and document customer information and paperwork throughout the sales process.
• Address customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive work environment and contribute to overall dealership success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive sales and finance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Sound decision-making skills and attention to detail.
