About the Role We have immediate openings for Automotive Service Technicians to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform efficient, high-quality repairs as outlined on repair orders.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning.
• Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and software to document and communicate repair needs, including video updates for customers.
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs and diagnose further issues.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed, providing time and cost estimates.
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications, including warranty work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred (Volkswagen experience a huge plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required
• Strong skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
• Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency in electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systems
• Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
