Job Description

At Modementum, we’re seeking a driven Sales Team Member to join our growing B2B sales team. As a B2B Sales Team Member, you’ll be the key to expanding our business by fostering with business clients, driving sales, and addressing their challenges through our products and services. As a B2B Sales Team Member you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing sales, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the team. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and success in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities as a B2B Sales Team Member:

  • Engage in face to face sales meetings with prospective business clients to understand their needs and present our products and services.
  • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the B2B Sales Team Members to set and achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Follow up with leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends to the sales manager. 
  • Continuously stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate value to clients. 
 

Key Qualifications as a B2B Sales Team Member:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision makers.
  • Ability to conduct face to face meetings and represent the company in a professional manner. 
  • Self motivated, results driven, and able to work independently and as a part of our B2B Sales Team Member team. 
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to understand and address client needs. 
  • Reliable transportation to get you to sales locations.
