Join Bosco, a new restaurant from The Absinthe Group, as we seek a talented and creative Bar Manager to lead our bar program. Are you a dynamic individual who thrives on putting creative twists on classic cocktails, bringing fresh ideas and interpretations to the table? Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for all guests
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver high-quality service
- Build and develop the bar program from scratch
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient bar operation
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance overall guest experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the bar industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday
- Passion for working behind the bar and creating unique drink experiences
