Title of Position: Bar Manager

Job Description:  

• As the Bar Manager, you would support the General Manager by organizing outstanding work shifts and carrying out administrative responsibilities. 
• The Bar Manager would deliver the leadership essential to ensure the bar continually operates up to company and industry standards. 
• Your main responsibilities include overseeing that team members, team trainers and shift leaders complete all assigned tasks and serve safe, high-quality drinks and food in a friendly manner. 
• As the Bar Manager, you would assist the General Manager with facility maintenance, recruitment, hiring and nurturing excellent employees and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• This position mandates a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume setting.
• The Bar Manager must be passionate about, and excel in, the development and mentoring of others.
• The ability to drive positive sales and elevate guest counts is compulsory for the Bar Manager.
• Trust, honesty, integrity and a heartfelt passion for customer satisfaction is a necessity for the Bar Manager.
• The Bar Manager should represent our company as a “brand ambassador” at all times.
