🍹 Your Role: Bartender

Do you have a flair for mixing drinks, a knack for remembering names, and a passion for making people feel welcome? Alpine Country Club is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and deliver world-class service in an elegant, upbeat environment.

 

💼 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with speed, accuracy, and style.
• Greet guests, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about beverage offerings.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring consumption.
• Record and process orders through POS systems accurately.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized bar area.
• Memorize and build rapport with regular members to foster a warm, personalized experience.
• Handle cash and card transactions, reconcile receipts, and maintain accuracy.
• Clean glassware and tools, sanitize surfaces, and prepare garnishes for daily use.
• Support overall restaurant operations, assist colleagues as needed, and help ensure seamless guest service.

 

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of bartending experience in an upscale or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, bar tools, and drink presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Beverage and bar equipment (cocktail shakers, soda guns, ice machines, juicers)
