New restaurant opening in Little Havana. Bistro 8, part of Michelin awarded Showa Hospitality group ( will be a traditional bistro styled fine dining restaurant with a Mexican inspired menu. Executive chef Pancho Ibanez, has crafted a beautiful Mexican cuisine based menu styled on the traditional French Bistro. This concept will serve to fine dining standards in an upscale casual environment.
