Job Description

Davis Chevrolet located in Houston, TX is looking for a Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to join our successful team. We are looking for individuals with BDC or Equivalent Call Center Experience and the drive to succeed. We are a family owned dealership that has been in business since 1959, with a fantastic reputation for customer service!!   • Address incoming sales calls
  • Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
  • Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
  • Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge
  • Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle
  • Complete daily work activities
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction
  • Other duties assigned
Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Requirements :
  • Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged
  • Bilingual a plus!!!
  • Professional appearance
  • Extent communication skills
  • Team oriented
  • Basic computer skills
  • Team Velocity experience preferred
Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Compensation: This is a full time position and we offer competitive compensation. Job Type: Full-time (9AM-6PM) Salary: $26,960.00 - $55,450.00 per year Benefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift (9AM-6PM)
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
