We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in investigating and resolving complex insurance claims.

What you'll do:

Investigate and adjust claims: Conduct thorough investigations of bodily injury claims, including gathering information, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing evidence.
Negotiate and settle claims: Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claim process.
Manage claim reserves: Accurately assess and manage claim reserves to ensure financial stability.
Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements: Ensure all claim handling activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service: Communicate effectively with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with a supportive team: Work effectively with other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
What you'll bring:

Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience adjusting bodily injury claims, with multi-line claim handling experience required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential risks, and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport.
Strong ethical judgment: Maintain the highest ethical standards in all aspects of claim handling.
Organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Florida Adjuster's License: Required.
