Job Title : Auto Body Technician (Bodyman).

Department: Ewing - Body Shop.
Reports to: Towing Manager.

FLSA Status: Exempt.

Salary Range: DOE.

Job Type: Full-Time.
Compensation: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience, Education & Skills) + Full Benefits Package.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some Saturdays Depending on Workflow).

We’re growing and looking for a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician (Body Man) to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:

• Repair and restore damaged vehicles to factory specifications.
• Remove and replace damaged body panels and components (e.g., doors, bumpers, fenders).
• Perform light suspension work and minor frame adjustments.
• Use a spot welder and other tools to carry out structural repairs.
• Perform metal finishing, sanding, and surface prep for painting.
• Ensure proper panel alignment and final fit/finish quality.
• Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other technicians to complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician or Body Man.
• Experience with spot welders required.
• Light suspension repair skills required.
• Car-O-Liner system experience is a plus.
• I-CAR certification or training is recommended.
• Ability to interpret repair estimates and vehicle blueprints.
• Familiarity with modern vehicle construction materials (aluminum, high-strength steel, etc).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
