You’re a connector who can inspire people, but you’re also direct and outcome-focused —meaning you know when to push, challenge, and hold people accountable.
You’ll be working with a team of high-achievers who love getting stuff done, learning the latest strategies, and making a massive impact.
Training & developing your direct reports to be world-class coaches.
Performance management using data to drive results.
Call reviews & quality control to ensure coaching excellence.
Creating accountability and driving client success.
Strategic planning with the leadership team.
Recruiting & onboarding new coaches and team members.
Plus, any other coaching initiatives you believe will help our team and clients grow.
