We’re looking for another A+ leader —someone who brings energy, fun, and a no-BS approach to getting results.

You’re a connector who can inspire people, but you’re also direct and outcome-focused —meaning you know when to push, challenge, and hold people accountable.

You’ll be working with a team of high-achievers who love getting stuff done, learning the latest strategies, and making a massive impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Training & developing your direct reports to be world-class coaches.

• Performance management using data to drive results.

• Call reviews & quality control to ensure coaching excellence.

• Creating accountability and driving client success.

• Strategic planning with the leadership team.

• Recruiting & onboarding new coaches and team members.

• Plus, any other coaching initiatives you believe will help our team and clients grow.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for skills, but more importantly, the right attitude —someone who aligns with our values and is driven to win.

You should have:

✅ Strong leadership & management experience
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (in an online environment)
✅ Strategic thinking & problem-solving ability
✅ Experience in coaching, consulting, or running a business
✅ A deep understanding of business fundamentals—profit, margins, financials, and team performance
