Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our client's team. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to support, optimize, and enhance our Business Central ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, functional knowledge of ERP processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across departments
*

Translate business needs into functional specifications for Business Central
*

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
*

Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) based on business requirements
*

Conduct user training and develop user documentation
*

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to users
*

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and system enhancements
*

Assist with data migration, testing, and go-live support during new system rollouts

Required Qualifications:

*

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
*

Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Operations, Inventory, etc.)
*

Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation
*

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
*

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate is a plus
