Call Center Sales Representative (Remote - San Francisco Bay Area/Sonoma County Only)
Location: Remote (Applicants must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Sonoma County)
Reports to: Call Center Manager
Status: Part-Time or Full-Time, Exempt
Are you passionate about water safety and love connecting with people? We're looking for a friendly and motivated Call Center Sales Representative to join our team! In this remote role, you'll be the first point of contact for families interested in our swim programs. Your goal will be to educate them about the importance of water safety, guide them through the enrollment process, and ensure they have a positive experience.
What You'll Do:
Engage with potential customers over the phone, sharing information about our swim programs and water safety mission.
Answer questions and address concerns in a warm, professional manner.
Promote the benefits of our lessons and help families find the right program for their needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed enrollment goals by enrolling students in our swim programs.
Stay up-to-date on class schedules, promotions, and program updates.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service.
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, engaging approach.
At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in phone sales or customer service.
A passion for water safety and helping families find the right swim program.
Ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and create a great experience.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-up tasks efficiently.
Experience with CRM software, email, and other communication tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying proactive and goal-oriented.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
