Abilities:

• Ability to mentor doctor-level clients to help ensure they get hired into top careers
• Ability to perform one-on-one Zoom mentorship calls with clients daily
• Ability to work remotely to support doctor-level clients
• Ability to be on call to support clients across software platforms as needed
• Ability to learn new business & organizational software programs very quickly
• Ability to work at a very fast-pace in a very innovative environment
• Ability to communicate quickly, positively and clearly in a remote work environment

Responsibilities:

• Instruction Management deliverables include leading and managing group meetings, daily and weekly respectively, including weekends
• Managing messaging systems like Voxer, both individual and company accounts
• Managing, scheduling, and running mock interviews
• Answering questions in the Discourse forum
• Responding to team members in Slack
• Writing resumes and LinkedIn profiles in a timely manner for multiple clients a day
• Doing resume and LinkedIn reviews for members per company guidelines are also included.
• Sending welcome emails to new members, managing other communities that are standing or may arise such as the Facebook group, training new members who enroll on all their program assets
• Attending the live weekly meetings and all other meetings as needed

Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
