We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Civil Aviation Project Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers the flexibility of remote work or the option to work from one of our convenient office locations.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all aspects of civil aviation projects, from initial planning and design to construction support.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding project expectations.
Serve as the Engineer of Record, ensuring the quality and safety of all design deliverables.
Contribute to business development by actively seeking new opportunities and participating in proposal efforts.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
What You'll Bring:

5+ years of relevant experience in civil aviation engineering, including experience managing small to large-scale projects.
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
Strong understanding of airport design principles and regulations, including FAA and TSA requirements.
Experience with pavement design and FAAR Field Design Software is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
