Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
EIT REQUIRED; PE preferred
3+ years of experience in land development REQUIRED
Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Understanding of the local and state permitting process in PA
Ability to work on a team with other employees, as well as independently when needed

Job Description/Duties:

Will be working with Senior Engineers on land development construction drawing packages for various commercial and residential projects in and around the state
Perform grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Preform stormwater management calculations using HydroCAD
Prepare and complete E&S control plans as well as permit packages
Research zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites
Assist PM to ensure project deadlines are met
Coordination with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies
