Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Engineer. The Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis, complete accurate engineering calculations, and develop innovative design solutions for industrial and manufacturing facility projects. Responsibilities include reviewing project requirements, preparing structural designs using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, and ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and regulations. The role also requires close collaboration with team members and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
• Strong experience in shallow foundations, deep foundations, and heavy industrial steel design.
• Familiarity with the aggregate, cement, and oil field industries is preferred.
• Experience designing structures such as silos, aggregate bins, conveyors, pipe supports, and equipment support platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex engineering challenges.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations applicable to heavy industrial and manufacturing projects.
