Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction and supervision for new market growth.
• Interview, Hire and build a team of in-home BCBAs and RBTs.
• Foster outstanding customer and clinical staff engagement and satisfaction
• Create action plans to improve clinical operations.
• Own quality and outcomes, RBT credentialing, and utilization KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as BCBA
• Some leadership or training experience as a BCBA
• Experience as Clinical Director or similar preferred
• Reside in NC.

Compensation

•           $92,000 - $105,000 salary

•           Great Medical, Dental and Vision insurance

•           PTO and Paid Sick Time
