You belong here! Johns Hopkins Community Physicians looking for a Clinical Manager at our East Baltimore Medical Center Adult Medicine Practice. In partnership with Baltimore Medical System another local health system, that provides much-needed healthcare services to the community. The Clinical Manager reports to the Practice Administrator at a comprehensive, multi-specialty site. The Clinical Manager is responsible for assisting the Practice Administrator in the daily clinical operations of the health center with an emphasis on managing clinical staff including budget management, scheduling, safety, environment of care, maintain adequate clinical supply level and the hiring, supervision, staffing, evaluation and discipline of Human Resources. This position assists with tasks to comply with various pay for performance programs such as value based purchasing, patient centered medical home, and meaningful use and support of our patient centered mission.

Shift : Non-exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri - 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
Salary Range: Minimum 29.40 per hour - Maximum 51.46 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
