Responsibilities: Provides health assessment for patients directed toward continuing a state of wellness, establishing the need for intervention, evaluating responses to and outcomes of therapy, and following a mutually agreed upon treatment plan. Serves as a role model in the enhancement of professional conduct following professional practice guidelines. Responsible for nursing care delivery by patient care support staff.
