Cogen Superintendent
Location: Oxnard , CA
Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000
Bonus: annual bonus

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cogen Superintendent to oversee the cogeneration operations at one of our client companies, a paper mill in Oxnard, California. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing leadership, high level process knowledge, environmental compliance and driving operational efficiency . This position reports directly to the Maintenance/Engineering Manager and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams.
SUMMARY: This business unit manager will plan, organize, and direct the operation of Cogen operations.
