College Recruiter Key Responsibilities Your Mission: Pioneer a revolutionary talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and inspiring 100 exceptional CS/ML minds from Stanford and MIT through immersive campus experiences and authentic relationship cultivation.
Basic Requirements - Proven track record of at least 1 year in college recruiting or university admissions, demonstrating exceptional candidate engagement
- History of crushing recruitment targets and exceeding engagement metrics
- Portfolio showcasing successful, creative recruitment events that left lasting impressions
- Expert-level project management skills with quantifiable achievements
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems for strategic pipeline management
- Ready to call Austin, TX your home base
- Embrace a travel-intensive lifestyle (up to 75% during peak seasons: January-May, August-November)

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
