Location: Florida (North Florida preferred — travel required)
Comp: Competitive base + uncapped commissions + vehicle stipend + tech package

Pristine Renovations Residential & Commercial Co. is a fast-growing renovation and construction company specializing in commercial projects across Florida. We focus heavily on care-related facilities — including assisted living centers, senior living, behavioral health homes, and special-needs residential facilities.

We're expanding rapidly and looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to help us grow our commercial footprint throughout Florida.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial construction sales professional who knows how to build relationships, open doors, and win business. You’ll focus on generating new opportunities, conducting walkthroughs, and partnering with our estimating/project teams to deliver high-quality proposals.

We offer strong operational backing — estimating, design support, project managers — so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business development across Florida, with a focus on care-related facilities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, operators, and facility directors
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with estimating & PM teams on scopes of work
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts
• Track pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM
• Represent the company professionally at walkthroughs, meetings, and industry events

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial construction sales OR business development in related spaces
• Strong network or prior relationships in senior living, assisted living, behavioral health, or healthcare (preferred but not required)
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting → proposal → close
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a growth-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel within Florida as needed
