Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support and execute internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all communications reflect the brand’s tone, mission, and values. This role will involve drafting communications materials, supporting media relations, and managing content development across various channels.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications
Coordinate communication campaigns and ensure timely execution
Assist in developing content for newsletters, press releases, and presentations
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports
Maintain and update communication calendars and media lists
Support event coordination and public outreach initiatives
Collaborate with departments to align messaging across teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of communication strategy and message development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
