UNIS Transportation is looking to hire reliable and motivated individuals who would like to work Local and Regional (up to 250 miles) in the Intermodal (20"S & 40"S) field and be home daily.
We have a 300,000 sq/ft Warehouse and a 500,000 sq/ft Warehouse off Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd off Jimmy Deloach Parkway in Pooler, GA.

DRIVERS WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 53 TRAILERS AND HANDLING 20' AND 40' CONTAINERS.

Driver Qualifications include:
Minimum 23 years of age
2 years semi-truck and trailer experience
Class A CDL
Current DOT medical card
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance
Ability to drive in a wide variety of weather conditions
Minimum 2-years verifiable experience
Satisfactory MVR and previous employment history
Be thorough, dependable, reliable and safe
TWIC card

Responsibilities and Duties
Pre-trip inspection of truck, chassis and box
Communicating regularly with dispatch to ensure correct and timely delivery
Verify dispatch for accuracy
Accurately complete paperwork
Work independently
Demonstrate positive and motivated approach to job
Communicate potential on-site hazards to supervisor
Performing other duties as assigned

Experience:
Class A CDL: 2 years (Required)

SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE! $1,500 PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS AFTER COMPLETION OF 90 DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
