Responsibilities: Marketing is seeking deep customer understanding to deliver an unparalleled experience for people interacting with Lilly. At Eli Lilly and Company, Marketing is the company's catalyst for delivering unparalleled customer experiences. The Lilly Marketing Academy (LMA) is a 12-month rotational and development program for people starting a marketing career at Lilly and is designed to enable persons without significant prior marketing experience to develop marketing competencies critical for successful performance in an increasingly complex marketplace. Built upon the 70/20/10 adult learning principal, the LMA is comprised of formal, social, and experiential training opportunities. Participants complete 2, six-month rotations in a progressive series of entry level marketing roles under the supervision/coaching of an experienced marketer. Upon completion of two successful rotations, participants graduate from the program and are eligible to post for Marketing roles.
