Position: Computer Repair Technician
Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Repair Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a leading sports equipment manufacturer, we rely heavily on our computer systems to design, test, and produce our products. The Computer Repair Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other computer equipment
- Install and configure new computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Ensure all systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest antivirus and security software
- Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Provide technical support to users and assist with any computer-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in computer technology
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer repair and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and connectivity
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and systems
