Responsibilities:

As a Concrete Formsetter/Finisher, you’ll play a crucial role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Set Up: Creating and setting up forms for concrete pouring, grading, placing reinforcement and expansion joints.
• Concrete Placement: Placing and finishing concrete to meet blueprint specifications.
• Finishing Touches: Applying decorative finishes, including stamping, exposed aggregates, stains, colors, and sealants to protect the concrete.
• Collaboration: Working alongside other construction experts to construct various concrete structures.  
• Safety First: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing imperfections, repairing surfaces, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinating with crew members, project managers, and concrete suppliers.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Concrete Formsetter/Finisher.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting forms, using hand and power tools, floats, trowels, and other finishing equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Safety Mindset: Prioritizing safety at all times.
• Experience: Proven work experience as a Concrete Formsetter.
• Precision: An eye for detail and the ability to follow specifications.
