Compensation: Base plus commission $140K–$170K (All-in, first year target)

Lead growth by developing and strengthening partnerships with builders, developers, and trade contractors.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities across multiple states.
Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to win profitable projects.
Negotiate and close deals that drive lasting relationships and sustained growth.
Contribute strategic insight that helps shape the company’s future.
3+ years of successful sales or BD experience in the construction industry (any sector).
Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A passion for growth — yours and the company’s.
Willingness to travel ~30% across the Southeast.
Based in (or open to relocating to) Greater Charleston, SC .
Bonus points for experience calling on production builders, though not required.
