Job Description

HSE has an immediate opening for a site safety Manager ( With Steam boilers experience)

Requirements:

• Min 5 to 6 years of experience in Steam boilers
• Possessing at least a 4year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in:

1) Safety Engineering,

2) Safety and Occupational Health, or

3) Industrial Hygiene (IH)

• A minimum of 8 years of experience
• Knowledgeable of current safety trends, industry practices
• Attend the Safety Program Review Meeting and Conduct the monthly Joint Safety Policy Meetings in accordance
• Shall NOT be supervised by the onsite superintendent but shall report directly to the corporate manager/owner.
• Shall have full authorization to correct unsafe acts on the spot, including the authority to stop work to correct safety and health problems.
• Shall participate in the planning, preparation and execution of high-risk activities including, but not limited to:

e. Observing and reporting on activities.

• May act as the qualified person for supervising erection and accepting final configuration and perform daily checks of fall protection, excavation, and scaffolding systems in accordance with the regulatory standards.
• Inspect the site with a government representative listing noted deficiencies, their abatement dates, and follow up action. The report shall
• . Part-time health professional shall be onsite no less than once per calendar month for one full working day.
