We are seeking a Consultant to join our Economic Damages & Valuations team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Economic Damages & Valuations team. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of accounting and finance, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assignments generally involve financial investigations, economic damages analyses and business valuation analyses for businesses and/or individuals involved in complex financial challenges and controversies across multiple industries including financial services, insurance, healthcare, construction/real estate, manufacturing, and energy.

• Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree including, but not limited to MBA, Master of Science in Finance, Master of Arts in Economics or Master of Science in Applied Statistics.
• Minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 3.5.
• Have general computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Must be able to commute and work in person on a hybrid schedule to our Birmingham, AL office.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $75,000 per year. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
