UI/UX and Graphic Designer

(Part-time or project-based, compensation commensurate with experience)

In this role, you will design the user interface for our flagship web-based software product and create marketing collateral that elevates our brand and supports sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces (wireframes/high-fidelity) for our web-based software product
• Conduct in-depth user research, focus groups, usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and business goals.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to break down and prioritize visual components into user stories and specification
• Develop design systems, component libraries, and style guides for our software to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Create visually compelling marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, ads, and website graphics that align with our brand strategy.
• Ensure all designs are consistent and optimized for different platforms
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and balancing priorities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric UI/UX designs and creative marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and communicate design rationale.
• Ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced
  environment.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and similar platforms.
• Experience in designing responsive interfaces for web applications and a strong
  understanding of design principles.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating cohesive user experiences.
• Preference will be given to candidates in Central and East Coast Time Zones

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and component-based design.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and how design supports sales efforts.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end technologies.
