INDEPENDENT COURIER POSITION – DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX

Pickup Location: Farmers Branch, TX | Delivery Area: Greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Pay Rate: $15.00 – $20.00/hour (W2) or Competitive Flat Rate (1099)

Weekly Gas Stipend: $100 | Must Have Your Own High-Top Van, Cargo Van, or Courier Vehicle

Minimum Daily Deliveries: 50 Packages

With a brand new state-of-the-art logistics warehouse located in Farmers Branch, TX, we are expanding rapidly and assembling a delivery team that can handle high volumes, move with confidence, and deliver with pride.

POSITION DETAILS

Position Type: Independent Courier (W2 Employee or 1099 Contractor – You Choose)

Location: Pick-up from Farmers Branch, Deliver in Greater DFW

Start Time: Approx. 8:00 AM (Monday – Saturday)

Delivery Volume: Minimum of 50 packages per day

Pay Structure:

• W2 Option: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience and vehicle type
• 1099 Option: Flat rate per route/day, highly competitive and negotiable
• Fuel Support: $100/week gas stipend for eligible drivers
• Vehicle Required: Personal High-Top Van, Cargo Van, or Courier Vehicle (reliable, clean, insured)

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAILY

• Arrive at our Farmers Branch Logistics Center and check in with the friendly warehouse team
• Load your route into your personal cargo van, high-top van, or courier vehicle — smartly, efficiently, and securely
• Review your delivery manifest and optimize your route using modern tools and GPS apps
• Hit the road and deliver at least 50 packages daily across various neighborhoods and businesses in the DFW Metroplex
• Communicate with dispatch as needed — stay in control and supported throughout your route
• Track all deliveries in real time using mobile scanning devices or approved apps
• Return to base if required, report route completion, and plan for the next day
• Represent Elite Freight Group with professionalism, courtesy, and pride — you are the face of our brand

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Own or lease a high-top van, cargo van, or courier vehicle in safe, working condition
• Have valid vehicle insurance that meets TX minimum coverage
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be punctual, organized, and have a positive attitude
• Familiarity with mobile scanning devices or delivery apps (preferred, but we will train!)
• Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, with route completion expected daily
