Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented CPA to join our Tax Preparation team. This role is vital to our vision of delivering measurable results, one client at a time. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in preparing federal and state tax returns and will understand how their work fits into the larger organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide business advisory services to promote client growth and success.
• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Review tax forms for compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Prepare financial reports for investors.
• Ensure accuracy in customer accounts and reporting.
• Research tax laws to optimize client returns.

Requirements:

• CPA License (Required).
• 4 to 7 years of experience in tax preparation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
