Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodial Technician to join our cleaning and maintenance team, on nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas

• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers

• Remove trash, recycling, and debris from designated areas

• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

• Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

• Lock/unlock designated areas and secure facilities as needed

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleaning standards and client expectations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods

• Willingness to undergo background check and/or drug screening as required
